These Terms and Conditions outline your responsibilities and rights while using the platform. By registering or using DoyelConnect, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

DoyelConnect is rooted in values of sincerity, respect, and purpose. While open to all, our platform is built upon moral and ethical principles inspired by Islamic values. These principles guide our community standards, not to restrict expression, but to elevate it with dignity and integrity.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use DoyelConnect. By using the platform, you confirm that:

  2. You are legally allowed to use the services in your country.

2. Respect for Religion and Beliefs

DoyelConnect promotes religious tolerance and respectful dialogue. To maintain this:

  1. Any content mocking, insulting, or disrespecting any religion or religious figure will result in account suspension or banning.

  2. Any content that disrespects Islam, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the Qur’an, or Islamic beliefs and values will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and legal action may be pursued in accordance with the law of the user's country and international digital ethics.

3. Modesty and Visual Content Guidelines

Islam emphasizes modesty (ḥayāʼ) as a virtue. To maintain community decency:

  1. Users must avoid posting immodest photos, especially images that expose the body in a way that contradicts public decency standards.

  2. Women are advised not to post pictures of themselves that are not hijab-observant or are styled in ways that may lead to attraction or objectification.

  3. Posting sexually suggestive, revealing, or provocative content is strictly prohibited, regardless of gender.

  4. Profile pictures and cover images should reflect decency, professionalism, or nature/abstract art.

  5. Accounts violating modesty guidelines will be subject to warning, restriction, or deletion based on the severity.

4. Anonymous Posting

DoyelConnect allows anonymous posts to enable honest expression. However:

  1. Anonymous posts must not include threats, hate speech, slander, or religious disrespect.

  2. You may not use anonymous posts to spread gossip, false accusations, or personal attacks.

  3. Misuse of anonymous posting may lead to feature restriction or account suspension.

5. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly forbidden:

  1. Nudity or pornography

  2. Sexually suggestive content

  3. Promotion of gambling, trading, alcohol, drugs, or haram products

  4. Blasphemy or ridicule of any religious belief

  5. Encouragement of violence, suicide, or self-harm

  6. Scams, fraud, and impersonation

  7. Terrorist, extremist, or hate-based material

  8. Promotion of LGBTQ+ ideologies or movements that contradict the Islamic family structure

6. Interaction and Communication

Users are expected to:

  1. Speak with respect and avoid abusive or profane language.

  2. Avoid gossip, slander (buhtan), and backbiting (ghibah).

  3. Use wisdom in criticism and maintain politeness in disagreement.

  4. Avoid romantic, flirtatious, or intimate discussions that violate the moral fabric of Islamic society.

7. Marketplace and Business Use (Coming Soon)

When enabled, marketplace use must adhere to the following:

  1. Only halal (permissible) products and services may be sold or promoted.

  2. Interest-based financial offers or unlawful items are strictly prohibited.

  3. Clear photos, honest descriptions, and accurate prices must be provided.

8. Privacy and Security

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

  1. DoyelConnect uses encryption and two-factor authentication to ensure user data security.

  2. Users may not share others' private information without consent.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  1. Suspend or delete accounts that violate platform policies or ethics.

  2. Deny access to repeat offenders or those who show malicious intent.

  3. Take legal action against users who post defamatory, hateful, or Islamophobic content.

10. Rights to Content

  1. You retain ownership of your content.

  2. By posting on DoyelConnect, you grant us a license to display, store, and share the content within the platform, according to these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of major updates. Continued use of DoyelConnect after an update constitutes agreement to the new terms.

12. User Responsibilities

You agree to use DoyelConnect responsibly by:
